Why does it look different on desktop sometimes?
If the embed area is too narrow, it can render in a tablet-style layout. This page forces a wide desktop container when the screen allows it.

Where do leads go?
Leads are captured through the embed. Email delivery typically remains on by default. CRM routing can be added with the API workflow.
