SPG Roofing & Exteriors grew out of Skyline Property Group, a company that began in 2003 and has become a major holder of commercial real estate in Central Indiana. Managing a large portfolio of buildings made one thing clear. Finding a roofing contractor who truly put the customer first was harder than it should be.

After dealing with contractors who made big promises and then disappeared when it mattered, our founder, Brady Clements, saw an opportunity to build something different. Instead of accepting pushy sales tactics and vague scopes of work, he decided to create a team that would stand in the gap for property owners across Indiana.

In 2018, SPG Roofing & Exteriors was launched as a dedicated roofing and exterior division. Today, we bring together the corporate stability of Skyline Property Group with a hands on, service focused team that treats every roof and exterior system like it is our own.

Our Story So Far

SPG did not appear overnight. Our team and process were shaped over years of owning and managing properties, learning what works, and fixing what does not.

2003

Skyline Property Group Begins

Skyline Property Group is founded and starts acquiring and managing commercial properties across Central Indiana, building the foundation of the company culture and values that SPG is rooted in today.

2010

Portfolio Expansion with Presnell Companies

Skyline Property Group acquires a sizeable portfolio from Presnell Companies, expanding operations and footprint around Central Indiana and diversifying into industrial, office, and mixed use properties instead of focusing only on retail.

2018

SPG Roofing & Exteriors Launches

Brady founds SPG Roofing & Exteriors as a dedicated division focused on roofing and exteriors for commercial and residential properties, backed by the financial strength and track record of Skyline Property Group.

2020

Residential and Commercial Growth

SPG expands its team and capabilities, serving more homeowners, business owners, and property managers who are looking for a contractor that operates with the same care that an owner would.

My name is Brady Clements, and I am the Founder and CEO of SPG Roofing & Exteriors. I started this company after years of dealing with contractors who overpromised and underdelivered on the properties we managed at Skyline Property Group.

As both a business owner and a homeowner, I know how stressful it can be to trust someone with your roof or exterior. You are not just signing off on shingles or siding. You are protecting your investment, your tenants, and your family.

At SPG, our goal is simple. We want to be the roofing and exterior contractor you call first and trust fully. That means honest assessments, clear scopes of work, and crews who follow the highest standards of workmanship on every job.

Because we carry the highest certifications from the manufacturers we represent, you can be confident that our projects are built around manufacturer specifications, building codes, and proven building science. Our partnership with Malarkey Roofing Products, for example, puts us in an elite group of contractors and allows us to offer industry leading asphalt roofing warranties.
